What is the 1st step to great skin?
So you want healthy, beautiful skin but are overwhelmed with all of the Ad’s, products, ingredients and steps that you have no idea where to start. Well the first thing I want to mention is that consistency is the KEY!! Start with something simple and just work on being consistent with cleansing your skin morning and night. Yes, both are very important.
Of course we all know in the evening, you need to wash your face to get rid of all the dirt, oil and make up that you have accumulated throughout the day. But the morning is just as important since our skin repairs itself at night. Our body is working overtime when we sleep to get rid of all of the toxins and sebum (oil) that secrete through our skin. Plus, lets not mention that dirty pillowcase our beautiful face lays on every night that harbors bacteria because you probably do not change it as often as you should. So get in the habit of washing your face in the morning and evening, even if you had a LONG DAY! If you find yourself too tired to wash your face at night, try to do it earlier, like right at dinner.
Next, find a cleanser and moisturizer suited for your skin type…. Do not buy something just because your friend uses it and has great skin. What might work for them, could actually cause you problems in the long run because you may have a different skin type and different condition.
So, what’s your homework?

3) Research and find the Cleanser and Moisturizer best suited for you!
